1 — Product
1.1 — What is the authenticity of the products?
All items sold by La Tribuna FC are of the highest quality and include all the necessary labels, tags and identifiers.
1.2 — Which sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of products and sizes: S, M, L, XL, XXL. Each product includes a Size Guide (below the description) so you can check the correct measurements for your body.
1.3 — Do you offer extra sizes?
Yes. We also offer 3XL and 4XL sizes, though not for every product. Please contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability for your chosen model. Important: an extra fee of €5.00 per 3XL or 4XL item applies to cover higher manufacturing costs.
1.4 — Can I personalise?
Yes. You can personalise your jersey with a NAME and NUMBER at no extra cost (free personalisation). You may use your own name or a player’s name.

1.5 — What are the differences between the Fan and Player models?

1.6 — Do you offer any promotions?
Yes. Our website features an active “Buy 3, Pay for 2” promotion with free shipping and no restrictions. Simply add 3 products to your basket and our system will automatically deduct the price of one full item so you can purchase 3 for the price of 2.
2 — Security / Purchase
2.1 — Is it safe to buy from your store?
Yes. Our website uses an SSL Security Certificate to protect customer information while browsing and especially during checkout. Your data is protected throughout the purchase process, which we securely handle via Shopify’s payment platform.
2.2 — Which payment methods are available?

2.3 — Do I need to contact you before purchasing?
No. Our website provides all the structure and information needed for customers to place orders independently, speeding up the process. Keep an eye on our social networks and take advantage of discount codes and promotions to purchase directly on the website.
3 — Tracking
3.1 — Do you use tracking codes?
Yes. We use tracking codes so customers can closely monitor each purchase.
3.2 — When will I receive my tracking code? And how?
Your tracking code is sent by the La Tribuna FC team within 3–5 working days after your payment is confirmed. Using your delivery information, we identify your contact number and send the code via WhatsApp.
4 — Shipping / Delivery
4.1 — How long does preparation and dispatch take?
Preparation and dispatch of your item—following all necessary care and procedures—takes 2–5 working days. Along with the tracking code, you will receive a photo of your product in its packaging as proof that your parcel has been sent to its final destination.
4.2 — When will the product arrive at my address?
The estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days, as it is an international shipment. Please note: this timeframe may extend only in cases of delays, strikes, peak demand periods or carrier holidays.
Last-mile delivery in each country is handled by the designated carrier. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the parcel. The carrier usually makes three delivery attempts. Otherwise, your parcel will be held at the nearest post office or carrier facility and must be collected within 7 calendar days. If it is not collected within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender, which will incur a reshipment fee.
Address accuracy: please check your delivery address carefully at checkout to avoid future issues. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. A new reshipment fee of €20.00 will apply to send the parcel again.
